BIO

Dr. Chinmay Kulshreshtha is a historian with a keen focus on the literary and cultural history of the Hindi heartland. His work explores the intersections of language, identity, and regional narratives, tracing the evolution of Hindi literature within its broader socio-political and historical contexts. With a deep engagement in archival research and vernacular sources, Dr. Kulshreshtha brings to light the intellectual traditions and movements that have shaped modern North India. His scholarship not only examines canonical literary texts but also delves into lesser-known writings that reflect the lived experiences and aspirations of communities across the Hindi belt. A committed educator and public intellectual, Dr. Kulshreshtha contributes regularly to academic journals, conferences, and platforms promoting Hindi literature and historiography.
