Namaste, I am a skilled Culinary and Service Professional, celebrated for my comprehensive understanding of international and national cuisines, coupled with an innovative approach to crafting tailored dining experiences. With over 15 years of progressive experience managing fine dining establishments in hotels, resorts, and restaurants, I have honed the art of cooking and menu development, specializing in diverse regional cuisines from around the world. Throughout my career, I have been committed to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering diligently to HACCP guidelines and corporate policies for optimal food production.

My journey in the culinary and hospitality field began with a teaching career, where I served as a Food Production Instructor at S.D.S.J.I.T.I. Nagali, Solan, H.P from August 2010 to October 2012. Subsequently, I held the position of Assistant Professor at Bells Institute of Management and Technology, Shimla, H.P from March 2013 to December 2018. Following this, I joined Nims University, Jaipur, Rajasthan as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hotel Management from 2019 to January 2024. Currently, I am contributing to Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, since February 2024. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from MAU Baddi, H.P, an MSc in HMCTT from PTU Jalandhar, and a Diploma in Food Production from IHM Kufri, Shimla, H.P. With a blend of 13 years of teaching experience and 2 years in the industry, I have contributed significantly to the field. My research endeavors have led to the publication of 7 research papers, 2 patents, and 4 chapters in books.
