BIO

Prakash Meena is an Assistant Professor in the Hotel Management Department at Vivekananda Global University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism. With a strong background in both academia and industry, he has 4.6 years of academic experience and 7 years and 6 months of industry experience, having worked with leading hospitality brands like The Oberoi Hotels, Radisson Blu, and Buena Vista Resort.

His expertise lies in Food & Beverage (F&B) service management, with a specialization in mixology, menu preparation, and beverage innovations. His hands-on industry experience allows him to blend practical knowledge with academic teaching, providing students with real-world insights into hotel operations.

As a researcher, Prakash Meena is actively engaged in exploring trends in F&B service, customer engagement, and operational efficiencies. His research aims to enhance service quality and improve industry standards.
