BIO

Mr. Himanshu Yadav serves as an Assistant Professor, Senior Lab Instructor, and Academic Team Leader of the Admissions Team in the Department of Hotel Management at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He specializes in Food Production (Indian Cuisine) and began his academic journey by completing a one year Diploma in Food Production (DHM) from AHMCT, Dehradun. Following this, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from The ICFAI University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur.
