BIO

Dr. Samiksha Mathur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, India. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Rajasthan and completed her postgraduate studies at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata, where she was awarded a gold medal in International Criminal Law. She holds a Ph.D. from Manipal University Jaipur, with her doctoral research focusing on the responsibility of international organizations during global health emergencies. Dr. Mathur has actively contributed to legal academia through her participation in numerous national and international conferences, where she has presented on pressing legal issues with clarity and scholarly insight. Her research has been published in reputed academic journals, particularly in the domains of public international law, jurisprudence, human rights law, and air and space law. With a deep commitment to academic research and a strong interest in public international law, Dr. Mathur explores complex legal questions through a Global South perspective, aiming to develop practical and inclusive legal solutions. Her interdisciplinary approach and dedication to scholarly inquiry continue to enrich the academic and legal communities she serves.
