BIO

Mr. Rahul Bishnoi is an Assistant Professor – Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral Degree in Cyber Law & information Security from The National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has qualified UGC NET Examination in 2022. He has earned his Post Graduate Degree in Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur with a specialization in Technology & Law. He has earned his Integrated Undergraduate Degree in B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Jaipur National University, Jaipur with honors in Cyber Laws.

  • Presented paper titled “Human Rights – Enforcement Mechanism And Protective Laws, Constitutional Safeguards Provided And Its International Perspective” at National Seminar on Human Rights organized by International Council of Jurists on March 25, 2017.
