BIO

Dr. Shilpa Rao Rastogi is a prominent academician and legal professional, currently serving as the Head of the Department for the Faculty of Law at Vivekananda Global University. She is an alumna of National Law Institute University, Bhopal. With a career spanning several years, Dr. Rastogi brings a wealth of experience from both academia and the legal industry. She began her journey in teaching in 2014, where she has made significant contributions to legal education through her expertise and dedication. Additionally, her practical experience as a para legal with senior advocates and renowned legal offices has enriched her understanding of legal practice and its applications. Dr. Rastogi's involvement in various capacities within the legal community is commendable. She has served as a tournament judge for numerous Moot Court Competitions and Alternative Dispute Resolution Competitions, where she has helped shape the skills and talents of aspiring legal professionals. Furthermore, she has chaired conferences, demonstrating her leadership and organizational capabilities in academic and professional settings. An accomplished scholar, Dr. Rastogi has a notable portfolio of publications, including contributions to esteemed platforms such as Scopus and other reputed indexed journals. Her scholarly work reflects her commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in the field of law, contributing to academic discourse and enhancing the reputation of her institution.
